Upon receiving your Registration form, a representative from our Training Department will contact you to confirm your registration in the workshop. |

Upon Receipt of registration fees, delegates will receive a Confirmed Registration Letter by fax or registered mail. This letter will be your pass to all Workshop Sessions and other workshop events as delineated herewith. If hotel accommodation is requested, your hotel booking confirmation will be attached. |

Workshop Materials
A comprehensive manual of 350+ pages including technical materials, presentation slide prints, practical training worksheets and reference information will be submitted to each delegate at the beginning of the workshop. Technical hand outs will be circulated during each presentation as applicable. All workshop materials are included in the registration fees. A proceedings DVD will be available at the end of the workshop.
Gallary
Selected case studies of modern healthcare projects will be exhibited showing concept & schematic design drawings alongside the project's background, functional program and design analysis.
On screen demonstrations of this powerful planning tool will be part of the workshop gallery. Designed by MAPS software development unit, SPOT generates the project functional and space programs to a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Over 650 built-in space programming calculation formulas automates the tedious process of calculating the project's floor area requiremnts for each department on a room-by-room basis. SPOT will be available exclusively for HospiPlan delegates at special discounted rate.
Indexed & assembled by MAPS over many years, lists of our inhouse hospital planning & design resource library will be avilable for delegates to search for reference materials of interest including text books, design guides & standards, journals, articles, and catalogues essential for planners, architects and al others involved in the planning and design of healthcare projects. A large number of international American, British, European & Australian hospital design standards are included covering architectural design, medical equipment, engineering systems among other subject areas.
Sight Seeing Tour
An Optional Sight Seeing Tour will be available to interested delegates on 15 & 16 October 2009. The tour's route will include 3 of Jordan's most famous tourist attractions: the Dead Sea, Petra, and Aqaba. Delegates who wish to take the tour, please indicate so in your Registration form.
Car Rentals
MAPS workshop coordinators will assist delegates who wish to rent a car during the workshop(s) period in car rental arrangements at a corporate discounted rate. Delegates who request this service, please indicate so in your Registration form. Payments for car rental will be made by the delegate directly to the car rental agency.
Entry Visas
If required, entry visas to Jordan shall be obtained by the delegates themselves from Jordanian consulates in their respective countries. However, MAPS will provide delegates with the required documents that may be required by the consulate for issuing their visas.
Restrictions
By their participation, program participants agree to refrain from marketing products or services during the course of the program.
Recordings
maps may electronically record portions of this program. By attendance or participation in discussions, the registrant agrees that maps may electronically copy and distribute registrant's attendance at and involvement in program discussions and question/answer periods. No individuals or entity other than maps may electronically record or copy any portion of this program for any purpose without prior written consent from maps.
Cancellation, Postponement & Substitution Policy
You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice.
Since a minimum of 50 delegates is required to fulfill the learning objectives of this workshop, MAPS may change workshop's dates if the minimum number of delegates is not attained.
In case the workshop is postponed and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the fees paid. You may use this credit for another workshop of the same agenda and organization, which must occur within 6 months from the date the original workshop will convene.
