Amjad Abdel-Razeq is a certified hospital planner from the Medical Architecture Research Center in London, UK. He has planned over 65 major healthcare projects throughout the Middle East including general & teaching hospitals, psychiatric facilities, rehabilitation centers, drugs de-addiction centers, polyclinics and primary health centers. Mr. Abdel-Razeq holds an M.Sc. in Hospital Planning, Design & Management from London South Bank University, UK (1997) and a B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, USA (1990). His vast international & regional healthcare experience included projects in Saudi Arabia, U.A.E, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, Turkey, and India. Mr. Abdel Razeq is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering of the American Hospital Association, the American Association of Healthcare Consultants, and the British Architects for Health. He is a regular speaker and instructor on the principles, methodologies and trends in healthcare planning and design in several universities and international conferences. He has authored several publications and articles publications on Hospital Space Programming and developed software applications used in the planning, design and equipping of hospital projects.

Mr Rahul Ajeet Kadam is a certified Healthcare Architect from the Medical Architecture Research Center [MARU] of London –UK. Mr Kadam holds a BSc of Architecture from the University of Pune in Pune – India (1993), and an MSc in Hospital Planning, Design & Management from London Southbank University in London – UK (1997). He has worked for many transitional and multi-national firms across India, such as Amodocs Corporation, Avaya.Inc, Convergys, TCS, Patni, & EDS.
Besides his diversified design experience, Mr. Kadam has been involved in the planning, design and construction of several healthcare projects in India. One of his strong fields of focus was the impact of built healthcare environments on the healing process- a current concept in hospital architecture which emphasizes the use of intrior design themes in healthcare buildings such that to create a so-called "Healing Environment".
Dr. Mahmoud A. AL Madani, PhD

Dr. AL Madani received in 1984 his PHD in Biomedical Engineering from The John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He commenced working at his current employment at the king Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh, for the last twenty five years as the senior then chief Biomedical Engineer, Head of the Equipment Technology Assessment and Planning Unit and currently the Executive Assistant for technology planning for the Executive Director of Hospital Operation office.
During his long-term tenure at KFSHRC, He had chaired several committees for Technical Evaluation, Acquisitions and Acceptance of Major Capital Equipment, and hospital wide task forces .involved with safety issues, standardization and resource management's, facility management and accreditation of the hospital with international organization like JCIA
He participated and holds Membership in task forces and several committees for the Association of Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) at Arlington, Virginia, USA and the American Society of Hospital Engineers (ASHE), the American college of clinical engineers (ACCE). He is the Founder, and board member; “established and continued to operate for the last 15 plus years” and the Past chair of (HQMN) Health quality network, (ARABEC) AL Riyadh Biomedical Club, Past chair, board member for the central region of KSA , the (PMI-AGC) the Arabian gulf chapter of project Management. Currently he is an active member the Saudi Council of Engineers: O&M chapter Council Member, PM Chapter Council Member and Bio-Medical and Clinical Engineering Chapter Council Member., The General Secretary of OMAINTEC Arab Institute of Operation and Maintenance.
Moreover, he is an active leading technical team member, Task Force for Medical Devices and medical supplies Specification and Registration at the Saudi Chamber of Industries and Commerce, in Riyadh. He has participated, Presented, chaired and taught at several papers/presentation at different National and international meeting.

Graduate of Civil Engineering, with extensive experience in project management, construction management, contract administration on a wide variety of projects using FIDIC, AIA and CMAA conditions of construction contracts
Mr. Kanaan worked for contractors and consultants in: UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Yemen, Morocco and Saudi Arabia. His experience encompasses: medical care facilities hospitality projects, large conferencing facilities, and industrial plants, commercial and residential projects.
Mr. Kanaan has strong skills in project management and construction of hospitals and other types of healthcare facilities. He was involved in the design and construction management of Jordan hospital in Amman - Jordan; construction of Al-Salbah Kidney Center - Kuwait, Sheikh Zayed Hospital in Rabat – Morocco; Children Hospital – Cairo – Egypt; and Neuro-Trauma Unit in Colombo - Sri Lanka.
Prior to founding CM2 in 1992, Mr. Kanaan was director of supervision and construction management department of the Kuwaiti Engineers Office (KEO). He was entrusted to assume this responsibility following the key role he played in realizing the Kuwait Conference Center project in 1987.
